Registration
Registration for the conference is NOW OPENED.
All presentation submissions for poster or paper sessions require registration. For studies with multiple authors, at least one author is required to register and present. See submit proposals section for more information. Propsals will be sent for the blind peer review once registration is processed.
Reduced conference rates are available for all ISEI members. Registration for ISEI can be submitted with the conference registration to receive the reduced rate.
Reduced rates are available for graduate and doctoral students. Proof of student status can include a scanned university identification or documentation with current date or a letter from college advisor and must be e-mailed to registration@icei2013.org. Fees will be processed when the form is submitted however student status documents must be received within 2 weeks in order to complete registration at the student rate.
Early registration has been extended to July 30th, 2013. Late registration continues until September 7, 2013. At the door registration rates apply on the first day of the conference.

For a limited number of rooms, the cost of the hotel for all three nights (Saturday Sept 7 – Monday Sept 9) can be reduced by half for those who are willing to share a room with another participant. This discount must be processed through the conference REGISTRATION FORM below. (Be sure to indicate your gender on the form).
PRE-CONFERENCE workshops are offered on Saturday September 7th. Registration and payment for one or two of the classes must be conducted from the registration page link below.
Payments can be made through paypal or through a major credit card. (credit card option is available on the Paypal page)

***SPECIAL NOTE*** For anyone who has already registered for the conference but wishes to add the pre-conference workshops or additional room nights, you will need to complete the registration form again. However, since the system does not accept the same exact name twice, you will need to submit your name slightly differently by placing a number after it. For example you could enter, “John Smith 2” and then be sure to choose ONLY your pre-conference or extra room option. You may need to select the “Donations” choice to avoid the default setting of the conference registration.In addition, it might be easier if you can use an e-mail that is different than the one you used to initially register.
